Listing Policy

1. One Listing Per Business Per City

Each business may have only one active listing per city per category (hotels, hostels, car rentals). Submitting multiple listings for the same business in the same city is not allowed and will result in duplicates being drafted without notice.

2. Accurate Business Information

All listing details must be accurate and up to date — including business name, address, phone number, city, country, and pricing. Misleading or false information will result in immediate removal.

3. Original Images Only

Only upload images that you own or have rights to use. Stock photos, watermarked images, or images copied from other websites are not permitted. Listings without at least one real image will be drafted.

4. No Spam or Keyword Stuffing

Listing titles and descriptions must describe your actual business. Stuffing keywords, phone numbers, URLs, or promotional text into titles or descriptions is not allowed and will result in the listing being drafted or removed.

5. Correct Category

List your business in the correct category only. A car rental business must not be listed under Hotels or Hostels. Incorrectly categorised listings will be moved or removed by our team.

6. Pricing Must Be Real

If you add a price, it must reflect your actual starting rate in the correct currency. Listings with zero or placeholder prices may be reviewed or contacted for clarification.

7. Multiple Listings Are Monitored

Our system automatically flags accounts that submit more than one listing in the same category. All additional listings are held for admin review before going live. Vendors who repeatedly submit duplicates risk having their account suspended.

8. Review & Approval

All new listings from new vendors are reviewed before going live. Our team may contact you for verification. Listings that do not meet our quality standards will be drafted with a reason provided.

9. Right to Remove

PodSot reserves the right to draft, edit, or permanently remove any listing that violates this policy or negatively impacts the quality of our platform — without prior notice.

If you have questions about your listing or believe a decision was made in error, please contact our support team. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

By submitting a listing on PodSot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Listing Policy. These rules exist to protect legitimate businesses and ensure PodSot remains a trusted directory for travellers worldwide.
