- To operate the Platform (accounts, listings, browsing, and contact features).
- To display listings and enable customers to contact business owners directly.
- To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse and to keep the Platform secure.
- To improve content quality and user experience (including automated SEO/readability improvements).
- To analyze site performance and optimize the Platform.
3) Direct Contact and Sharing with Vendors
When you contact a business via PodSot (for example through a form), the information you submit is shared with the business owner/vendor
so they can respond to you. If you call or WhatsApp directly, that communication happens outside PodSot and is governed by your own provider’s policies.
4) Automated (AI) Content Improvement
PodSot may use automated tools (including AI) to improve listing text for clarity, readability, and SEO. This processing may involve
transforming your submitted text. You can request corrections via suggest-edit or by contacting us through the Platform.
5) Cookies, Tag Management, and Analytics
PodSot uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and analytics. We may use tag management and analytics tools
(such as Google Tag Manager) to understand usage and improve the Platform.
