Hotel Amore Donga Gali

I visited Nathiaglai a couple of weeks back with my family. I had booked rooms prior to my arrival. At the time of booking their sales manager umair was extra sweet and accommodating as if he is the best person on earth and this hotel is like something out of this world!
When i reached their with my family, the rooms they showed us were Pathetic! It smelled like dead rats!! And their floors are depressing like hell!
When i called umair for booking, i repeatedly asked him if they have a lawn to sit and relax and he said that they have a "huge" BBQ area where we can enjoy and when i saw that "huge" area it wasn't a lawn first of all and secondly a tiny terrace it was!
When i called him that i do not like the rooms and they are smelly he brought this into my account that all of my advance would be confiscated. Whereas nothing of this nonessential type was mentioned at the time of booking. The receipt of the advance he sent me stated that the booking should be cancelled 72 hours before and did not mention any confiscation of advance and the BEST thing was that i booked the rooms 48 hours before my arrival, how on earth could i cancel them 72 hours before my arrival!!!! Avengers end game i guess!!! He was so rude!! I despite being in full position to snatch my advance from him, i gave it out in charity to "the most fantastic hotel amore" and his sales manager umair!! I guess they'll get richer for sure!
Please do not waste your money in this Pathetic smelly hotel! Its just its location and thats it! Nothing is what appears in the pictures!!
Im highly disgusted!
